Anyone know the simplest way of doing a Win10 full clean install without losing any user-generated data?
I was thinking of just backing up my entire user folder to an external hard drive and then nuking my partitions while reinstalling using the media creation tool.

Yeah, I thought of doing that as well. That's when it puts your files in a windows.old folder, right?
I just want to clear any old drivers, registry, etc. and have a clean slate again.
Okay, that's cool. And that's when you use the media creation tool and choose to keep old files or is that the "reset my PC" method?

Media Creation Tool is used to create the installer itself on a USB drive. When you have the installer created you need to restart your computer with the USB drive plugged into your computer.
In the installer you will have options on how you want to re-install your Windows. There you can select full re-install, keep user files and such

Wont sony be doing their own event since they're skipping E3? What's the difference? Why does everything in videogames have to be such a big deal?
They're legit and have been in business forever. It was my go-to place for Microsoft Points back in the Xbox 360 days.
But I've read several times now that they might ask you to provide some sort of identification (copy/photo of your ID/passport) before giving you your code. Doesn't happen to everyone but there's a chance.

Okay, Cooler Master is pretty damn quick with RMA. Sent my RMA request last Tuesday, got it approved on Wednesday, and I sent them my PSU on Thursday which meant that it would arrive on Friday. Today, I got a message that my replacement unit will be arriving tomorrow. I thought I'd be waiting until at least the end of this week or the start of the next. So they processed and shipped it in like two days. Very happy.

GOTY - Ace Combat 7. Not sure I'd really call it GOTY but I haven't played much else worth voting for. Don't have Disco Elysium yet but I bet that is the real winner for me. I'll see in 2022.
GOTD. I hate ranking stuff! I'm comfortable with my top two though.
