What the hell is that hahaha. I'm ok with anyone who wants to play this, I just didn't expect it and found it funny. I'm too old for this shit. But not Murtaugh style, like for real.
Considering that HZD's entry on SteamDB is already six months old and we have Steam new releases and pages | No page hides forever. then the logical explanation is that Mor and lashman know something that we don't.
i guess lot of folks as its funded by patreon
but looking at the trailer below (its SFW) its looks liek standard mix of stardew valley-esque farming sim with jRPG combat mechanics but some kind of 18+ deeds on top

Well, the most logical explanation would be that they are collaboration at software (PSN + Steam integration like EA or MS LIve?) and hardware level (PSVR2 had Valve's help for design)
The first one is really possible to be the case as, well, behind the scenes stuff. And the second one might be true too as Alyx MUST come to console too in order to make VR even bigger, so, Valve helping Sony VR team to design PSVR 2 at some level? could happen, yes,
If it happens, yes, it will be a PS5 game, about the PC part, well, everything will depend of how the contracts are and who's involved, console exclusivity? might happen, we will see.
Well, other consoles would be out of the question but I'm pretty sure we'd get a PC version, propably not day 1 though
I cannot help being a buzzkill lately! Looking at that video above made me understand I do not enjoy walking around empty spaces in 2D games (i.e. no interaction points). Like, it's inherently more fun in 3D because you're controlling the viewpoint and stuff, there's more detail, etc. In 2D though? I don't know about that. I'm sure it's not representative of the full game, but it's weird how just that extra camera control creates an inherent layer of curiosity (to me anyway).
I'm not entirely disagreeing, but it can be interesting in 2D if the art, mood and scenery is designed for that.
But yes you are correct it's more of a natural thing in 3D and even significantly better in VR.

Yeah, that's not very clear is it.? I was referring to the video of Nocture: Prelude above. Specifically, sections where the player character seems to walk around from A to B in (seemingly) empty spaces, I'm sure there's more to it than that, but it reminded me a little of To The Moon and how I wish that was just a proper VN because the moments you're just walking around are not all that compelling.

Sony recently filed patent about VR controller that has finger tracking and looks similar to Index. So maybe Valve helps Sony in developing PSVR2.
