I still believe its f ake videogame that doesn't actually existI will cross my fingers but I think they still have a placeholder release date instead of final, so system believes it's about to release.
I'm not 100% sure neither BUT both Nvidia and Microsoft gave them a platform so that makes me think that, at the very least, those two companies checked if the product exists or not, so I'm hopeful that this is the case.I still believe its f ake videogame that doesn't actually exist
Well Abandoned is a thing, promoted by Sony XDI'm not 100% sure neither BUT both Nvidia and Microsoft gave them a platform so that makes me think that, at the very least, those two companies checked if the product exists or not, so I'm hopeful that this is the case.
I think it would be very close to what we have seen in the Deck, just the left and right parts of it. So both two analog sticks, as well as two smaller trackpads, plus dpad and face buttons. Would probably be overall bigger than the old Steam Controller.I understand the importance of dual trackpads, but this is my preferred design:
Apologies for the bad paint job
Apologies for butchering people's favorite controller
Not the same thing, Abandoned team payed Playstation team to publish a blog and a few other things, it's not even the same as using Atomic Heart as one of your E3 announcements and to be honest, MS and Playstation ways of promoting games are completely different.Well Abandoned is a thing, promoted by Sony XD
This one is actually not that strange since there use to be a time when these ones were popular but are actually now a relic of a bigon era
i don't think it matters ... it's just what people will get in PMs if they winRegarding the Giveaway business. I used Humble gift links (for getting Steam keys) instead of Steam keys. I hope this is okay for the Giveaway bot?
It's always a pity when you want to play something and doesn't run like intended, hope your next game offers you joyInstalled SR3: Remastered. Runs like shit. Uninstalled SR3: Remastered.
I don't have time for this shit anymore. Not gonna lose a minute tweaking.

Valdien has conveniently added the option of Humble gift link as one of the options when creating the giveaway. I've used it a few times myself.i don't think it matters ... it's just what people will get in PMs if they win
I had to look up that part last night. Seriously, that's some ridiculous BS game design.Depends on what part needed figuring? If you mean how to get the skill to swim, it sucked and I don't remember if I got lucky or looked it up.
I don't think that's the case. Game Pass is very flexible when it comes to agreement between Microsoft and developer. Depending on the contract, devs can get money from different variables, like for example getting all the money upfront like you mentioned or depending from the number of downloads. If that was the case it would be in devs best interest to release the game in as polished state as possible.Reading the ERA thread about Myst and other games missing features on PC game pass simply makes me think that devs don't really care about the PC game pass version because in compared to Steam it doesn't affect their bottom line. They got a bag of cash and that's it. On Steam there are also multiple ways people and communicate something is wrong with the Steam version, but not on PC game pass.
Yeah I believe the devs care about the product they put out, I imagine it has something more to do with certification that needs to be done compared to steam , time, dx12 issues. And as you said every game has a different contract with Gamepass to suit their needs.I don't think that's the case. I'd assume it's because the packaging is cumbersome.Yeah I believe the devs care about the product they put out, I imagine it has something more to do with certification that needs to be done compared to steam , time, dx12 issues. Hasn’t it been announced for the ‘new’ store ?I'd assume it's because the packaging is cumbersome.
Just put normal Win32 exes on there already MS.
It's announced for the store, but I believe it won't be allowed for Gamepass games.Hasn’t it been announced for the ‘new’ store ?
Honestly lost in what is expected or not for this.
Another day, another proof that PCGamer is useless.
Yes remove keys, gifting, regional pricing...
But… nobody uses the store ?It's announced for the store, but I believe it won't be allowed for Gamepass games.
they pretty much already did thosegifting, regional pricing...
Another day, another proof that PCGamer is useless.
Want to stop those alt stores all together? only give keys to authorized stores, do not give them to streamers nor influencers nor anyone, do they want to play the game for reviewing? use the internal Steam system to give them access to their accounts without keys.
But yeah, removing Steam keys? that would kill not only shady places but also legit places too. WAY TO GO, PCGAMER
This article is absolutely based and sicklepilled.
Yes remove keys, gifting, regional pricing...
Modern PC GAMER is a fucking joke and any credibility it has had in the pc gaming scene is long gone. Time and again it shows itself as clueless to the nuances of the market it claims to stand for (unless I am misremembering something badly I’m certain there was an example of an editor who didn’t know how to use pcgamingwiki and was surprised that EGS didn’t use cloud saves long after this was a known fact)
Yes remove keys, gifting, regional pricing...
I agree, for me Umineko is the best VN I've read (yes, more than Muv Luv)no do it, you won't regret it, it's the best visual novel
I don't have cheathappens, but I assume whitelisting should work ?Any way to permanently not have win defender detect CheatHappens trainers as a virus/trojan?

Article itself explains how Steam getting rid of keys would cause a big fallout and isn't likely to happen, and also ends with a paragraph explaining how due to streaming or renting models (gamepass, stadia, etc.) all this worrying about keys might not even be super important in the future. Overall a pretty balanced piece.

This reason right here justifies all criticism. It's just the headline that's very attention grabbing, as per usual.
Hentai has basically been the Japanese PC market for a while now. There use to be other games that would release on PC but that stopped after the PS1 era from what I remember, there was still those doujin games like Touhou that were being made but nothing else than that. It has changed again and there is now more indie games being made there.I watch this and wonder to myself, "What results will "japanese pc games stores" get me, as some one who knows nothing of the pc gaming presence there". I regret my decision. Hentai, hentai everywhere.. What's an uncultured white guy gotta do to find the indie scene in japan? Iran is easier to search for...
It must be madjoki's fault!(Also our guest number is up, has there been drama or a leak here that I have missed again).
it's the valve vs SCUF thing. Got linked on era and reddit.(Also our guest number is up, has there been drama or a leak here that I have missed again).
I obviously wanted it to do better, but it was always going to have a limited appeal... so yes, I think that's a good result.Psychonauts 2 was the #4 selling game on Steam last week. I think that's pretty good all things considered.
I think it's game streaming growing by leaps and bounds there, and many games that streamers play being (best) on PC.I see a lot of viewer groth for Korean and Japanese streamers with PC gaming on Twitch. Is it just them joining Twitch and they are already playing PC games or is PC gaming growing in Japan and Korea?
Visualization.
