Smoked Chili Garlic Lime Chicken Thighs. Did these on my Weber Kettle earlier.
For my birthday dinner, my daughter and I made tortillas that I made into enchiladas. Also made sopa de fideo (yes, it is not quite traditional sopa de fideo for anyone in the know) and tres leches cake.

Made some White Wine and Cream Clams with Linguine tonight!
So the wifey’s away for the weekend, and since she’s not big on seafood I’m getting it in. Made some crab cakes today with a Quinoa Side Salad.

Anyone here use an airfryer?
My brother swears by one, has been for a while and seems he basically cooks practically everything in it, and so at some point my mom ended up buying one as well.
But in the end she didn't really use it at all, so hey I guess I now have an airfryer.

Yeah, wife got one a few months ago. Convenient for something (frozen chips obviously), useful for other stuff if it's also a multicooker.
It removes the fun from cooking. I tend to use it as part of other preparations, if I can't be bothered to cook them the old fashioned way.
My wife doesn't enjoy cooking and loves it, though!
I kind of do enjoy cooking, but I'm also kind of super lazy, so maybe I'll end up using it more than I expect. Remains to be seen I guess.
I really need to diversify my menu a bit and that's where I'm hoping it will help me.
