New week, new thread! What are you playing? I was consumed by the major event of Girls' Frontline 2. The story was so engrossing that I was completely in awe 😲 by what's happening on the screen especially during the climax. This might sound too dramatic, but sometimes the story of GFL seriously made me think about how can I be a better person in a messed up world. Man, videogames.

I also tried out Atomic Heart demo. It ran well on my old rig. Despite its controversial development, I got to hand it to the art director - the mechanic design is unique and superb. Last but not least, slowly reading through some of the later event stories of Girls' Frontline 1.

New week, new thread! What are you playing? Vacation week so I had been playing a lot. Main dish was Marvel's Midnight Suns. Despite the solid battle mechanics, the game became quite repetitive after 15 hours. Always the same Hydra enemies / mission objectives with a main plot that barely progressed, it turned stale pretty fast. But the interactions between heroes are pretty good. Reached Scenario 17 which means I'm entering the climax of the first half of the game. Ending B seems to be the true ending and gave an extended post-game scene for all characters. This is the first SRW game I have ever completed and it was pretty great. New week, new thread! What are you playing? Continuing Super Robot Wars V. 2 scenarios left to reach ending B! This Japanese guide I am following says this route is more difficult than the other one, but the stage I just did was still pretty easy lol. Also started Dungeons of Hinterberg to shake things up. Played it a bit on Game Pass in 2023. Now playing on Steam. Very nice game.

New week, new thread! What are you playing? Continuing Super Robot Wars V. I've reached the final branch which leads to ending A and B. Each route has 3 scenarios and I plan to play both, so 6 scenarios left in total. After 100 hours, the end is finally in sight! Enjoying it a lot. After completing this playthrough, I will probably watch a few anime shows featured here and play some other games before starting another playthrough with the other protagonist.
