I've had that happen before with CDkeys. I think the issue is that they have different prices for different regions, they might show you all the regions but once you add it to the cart it picks the "most appropriate" one. European and Aussie keys would work for me for example, adding the Euro key to my cart will result in a more expensive Aussie one appearing there. Only way to force the euro one is to use a vpn.
