You mount the drive where the game is installed, then you just run it from there. At least that's how it was when I last used it like 10 years ago. (A lot of games I played over GOG have Dosbox, but there this is all already taken care of for you)How do you use DOSBox?
I install it to run a game I stored in my D drive but I have no idea to get the damned thing to find and read that game's files.
Thank you! I was gonna ask you how to use DOSBox ECE to be exact. The game I want to run seems to require me to get Windows 3.1 run on DOSBox. How come the DOSBox that comes with GOG games don't require this? You can also use frontends for Dosbox.
D-Fend Reloaded: Overview
mount c d:\ (you can also mount your dos games folder, but i don't bother)
mount d e:\ -t cdrom (e: drive is my virtual drive through daemon tools for game images)
c:
cd dn (dn - dos navigator, you can also use norton commander ;) )

But the Fanatical Terrible Bundle doesn't exactly inspire anticipation ...Legends is somewhat of a stretch though! These bundles have been terrible.
Eh Colossus Bundle was decent IMO. I got 3 games from it at least. Plus I snagged the LEGO bundle for $5 before they fixed it ^_^These bundles have been terrible.
The only game I was interested in in any bundle was Ash of Gods. Not worth it for me :/Eh Colossus Bundle was decent IMO. I got 3 games from it at least. Plus I snagged the LEGO bundle for $5 before they fixed it ^_^
The game isn't worth $5? ;PThe only game I was interested in in any bundle was Ash of Gods. Not worth it for me :/
Ditto...although the Mostly Positive evaluation on Steam doesn't help push me to click buy.The only game I was interested in in any bundle was Ash of Gods. Not worth it for me :/
Pretty much this. Most devs are learning that bundles are best to be avoided until late in lifecycle.Bundles have their days numbered, I mean there will still be bundles in webs like Fanatical or Indie Gala but they are becoming less and less relevant.
Honestly, those are two great games for free.Slime Rancher is the next free EGS game. Thimbleweed Park is currently free on EGS right now.

You don't need base dosbox, config files located somewhere in windows users folder. But you can manually create it in dosbox folder by "config -wc" command (if i remember correctly, without quotes), just type it when dosbox runningKainXVIII
I'll try those later thanks luv.
EDIT: Oh just to clarify I've got only DOSBox ECE installed, do I need the base DOSBox 0.74 also installed? I don't see a config file for it in its directory.
Would you say Humble Tuesdays and bundles in general have declined in quality since the start of Humble monthlies?Bundles have their days numbered, I mean there will still be bundles in webs like Fanatical or Indie Gala but they are becoming less and less relevant.
I did my partGrief's Tweet on an Atlus survey.

It may have played a role in this, the incentive of getting your game in humble's monthly could pull off developers trying other sites. But even monthlies are hit or miss most of the time.Would you say Humble Tuesdays and bundles in general have declined in quality since the start of Humble monthlies?
Me too, and for every empty box I put Steam! lol.I did my part

This was one of those last minute purchases I made in the Lunar sale. I don't watch or play the sport, but I'm really enjoying my time with this game. Slide tackling is incredible, and scoring a goal feels very rewarding. I only wish there was a way to disable special abilities. If anyone is looking for a fun, inexpensive arcade football game, Kopanito All-Stars Soccer is currently on sale for less than 2€:
ASSAULT ANDROID CACTUS+ on PC? :: Assault Android Cactus General DiscussionsHi,
We're looking into the logistics of bringing the + version/content back to PC but for the moment we're focused entirely on the launch of the Switch version to make sure it goes as well as it can, so I have nothing to announce.
We'll post news here on the forums and on the games news channel as soon as there's something to share.
There's no exclusivity deal in place or anything, it's just a case of we're a small team and this was actually years of work (not just the new content but also the tech to get it where we wanted on Switch) so we prioritize one thing at a time.
haha sorryI get some of it but I'm really unsure of why it happened, don't judge me
Thank you, it does help to make some sense of it
I have a feeling that we've done this kind of survey multiple times before. But after Catherine, everything can happen now with Atlus.Grief's Tweet on an Atlus survey.

PC Port is one the printed options at various points. I feel like that's new. We always had to put it in "Other" in the past, AFAIK. Anyhow its still a long shot but we might as well try.I have a feeling that we've done this kind of survey multiple times before. But after Catherine, everything can happen now with Atlus.
Yeah, reading the news about the Switch version was enough to play it again on PC. Such a wonderful game!Fingers crossed for Assault Android Cactus new content arriving to Steam eventually, it's one of the best twin stick arcades ever made.
Anyway, the mystery is solved now (sooner than expected). It's indeed a price mistake and now they've adjusted it like their regular pricing. So, One Piece World Seeker is only $18 in my region, more than half the regular pricing for Bamco games which is $40.
But still, I'm not sure what to make of it, it's either:
- a pricing mistake, so they'll adjust it later (like what happened in some other games before)
- they finally re-evaluate their pricing policy for some regions, including mine
- it's just a one-off occurence
I hate this, because it kinda urge me to pre-order as soon as possible, in case the first point happens.
I guess "No exclusivity" is a selling point nowadays
Should have bought itAnyway, the mystery is solved now (sooner than expected). It's indeed a price mistake and now they've adjusted it like their regular pricing.
Oh well...
what sad times we live in ...I guess "No exclusivity" is a selling point nowadays

Yeah. Can't say I'm impressed with the way they have been handling this.A week has gone since the Direct2Drive price error for Valkyrie Chronicles 4, still D2D hasn't refunded all customers who bought the game. I will not open a claim yet, I will still give them time to refund me.
I know where I won't be buying games anymore.
I wont buy from D2D anymore because they've changed hands like 4 times in the last 10 years. Somehow my purchases from like 2008 are still available for download but I even had to have a Gamefly launcher on my PC for a while.A week has gone since the Direct2Drive price error for Valkyrie Chronicles 4, still D2D hasn't refunded all customers who bought the game.
