I think the situation is similar to Bloodborne - every time someone mentions Persona 5 PC port, Atlus delays it another year.
I had the strangest dream that ATLUS next game on PC would be a PC port of that one Persona 4 fighting game that ASW did years back for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

I believe they are separate. As in if you have Gamepass you can only access the campaign through the Xbox Gamepass for PC app.
nope, totally separate launcher. There have been rumors on and off about Game Pass coming to Steam in a similar fashion as EA Play, and I hope it someday does, but to date, nothing has materialized.
