MS paid 70 billion to put Crash 4 and Tony on Steam.
I know its wrong... but I am actually happy about this. I had decided to never again blizzard but with this news I kind would be back, granted they clean up house!
Don't see that happening honestly. Lots of money on the table if they make it Xbox exclusive. I imagine nothing much will change for the next decade or so, until they start making back some of that 70 billion they just spent.
I really don't know how to feel about this. Microsoft is consolidating a shit load of publishers, developers and franchises under their belt.
On the other hand maybe now Kotick's awful ass can be fired and the whole company can do a proper house cleaning.
But it has to be seen what changes MS will bring on that front.

Pretty crazy about Actibliz. I think it kinda sucks, but I can't deny a sense of schadenfreude about Sony fucking around with their timed exclusivity strategy and now finding out.
What bugs me the most about this all is that the dogshit leadership over at Actibliz are probably making out like bandits when they should've been ejected and shamed. Hopefully MS will at least be able to fix their workplace culture.

Wolfenstein 2009 could came back ? Since Activision had some rights to it while IP was with Bethesda.

Possibly. Same with Blizzard games. If it does happen, I wonder what'll happen to Bnet. Will it get depreciated to focus on Xbox integration?
Kind of an aside, I wonder if the Biden administration will look into potential antitrust issues. Just from casually reading articles online, it seems like they really want to work on antitrust, especially in big tech. Even though this is just video games, there are questions that could arise from this potential deal clearing.

Theyre doing good stuff in the PC gaming space right now because of Phil Spencer, I suppose, but imagine the next boss is an arse that pushes Xbox exclusivity for everything, once again? Not great.
