I've added some of you to my Steam friends, I'll continue tomorrow because I'm falling asleep already haha
It's cute in the same way DDLC is a cute game about a literature club. And Addiction is the 2nd game in the series, FWIW.
This just in. Mortal Kombat 11 is basically cancelled here in Indonesia.
It's taken out from PSN, and not available for pre-purchase anymore on Steam (there isn't XBox / Nintendo digital store here). Resellers are also refunding pre-orders for physical copies because they received the noticed from suppliers that it's being cancelled. And it only affects my country, the neighbors in SEA region aren't affected at all. I wonder what's happening.
This makes it only 3 countries where the game is not available.

I found navigating it to be a real pain, particularly the holes and switches. Took me ages to figure out to throw stuff at switches to close them >_<

I personally don't have a lot of issues with MK specifically because it's so over-the-top that it's funny again.I was fine with the gore in MK when the games were still pixelated... but nowadays it's such a turn off. Like blood and guts don't usually bother me in games and movies but they take it to a whole new level that is honestly disturbing to me.
That kind of violence just for violence sake probably deserves much stricter rating than say anime panties lol.
Probably not a very popular opinion though.

I'm not worried about that. It's in Nvidia's interests to keep people invested in PC gaming. I am sure that they will release a value-for-money card a bit after the new consoles launch, like they did with the 8800GT and GTX970. Then they can properly milk us for the rest of the generation

Weird article, with way too much speculation.
A few of the comments stuck with me though, like how when next-gen hits minimum requirements might go up again, and how in general we should see better assets. (Because consoles have a way of setting the bottom line or whatever.)
Another comment mentioned that if GPU prices continue to be outrageously high, it will be hard to turn down consoles that offer so much for so little in price. (Comparatively.) And while I don't ever see myself going back to the overly-restrictive console lifestyle (i like mods, cheats, and ReShade too much(And I say that as a 1080ti owner.)
Seems the konami arcade classic collection is region specific; you cant switch regions in the jp version at least.
Shouldnt be an issue on steam hopefully; users could use vpn ro check the other versions of the games and advise on how to get region switching done foe the games.

Kinda noob with the franchise, but Sonic CD seems to have a much more aggressive level design compared to Sonic Mania, at least comparing the first stage of each game. Seems more willing to through stuff at your screen so far.

Our government is indeed dumb when it comes to stuff like this, they're also proposing to ban PUBG last month (India and Malaysia are also on it). But it's usually announced like that from before the banning, not abruptly like this.

I just wish the high-end cards would be priced more reasonable too. After owning 1080ti and chasing the 4K dream, I just don't think I can settle for mid-tier anymore.

Ah, I got ya. I originally thought there were three games, with Addiction being the second and Syndrome the third.Syndrome was 2011, Addiction was 2015. At least in Japan.

PC Gamer is really becoming embarrassing with their takes.
It seems everyone is worried about the "poor" indies like Gearbox Software. Or Ubisoft. Or Team Meat. As if they were ever struggling to make money.
No one seems worried about what this all means for consumers, or for the 100's of indie developers who are not selected by Epic to sell on their store.
Oh well, I'll continue to ignore these takes (and websites), and I'll simply keep supporting the actual indie developers who continue to release awesome games each day on Steam, itch.io, GOG, and more.

i9 9900 and a 2080 and it was a slideshow without putting in offline mode.Just becuase they are abandoning Steam for a while doesn't mean they shouldn't have tested it properly for launch with it. They have barely acknowledged this problem and they have tens of thousands of Steam players. Should have communicated better about it, but I expect a fix soon shouldn't be too hard.
Didn't Ubisoft also have a Tetris game that had the same problem on Playstation?

Samsung has approved my RMA application and my new 1TB SSD is on its way. They've been a very good sport since it didn't take very long (1 week), and they paid for express post both ways. Certainly better service compared with Corsair RMA.
