didn't know hoyo was so heavy handed, on another hand wuwa will still have a mac version so eh, guess that's still a factor for me, although tbh if I'm ever in a situation where I MUST play on my future-macbook I don't think I'd be able to play anyway since I'd probably be away from home for work or something.

When does the budget change? I am in July of the new season and my transferbudget is still 0 with 20% going into my transferbudget from every sale. Shouldn't that reset and give me my new budget?
End of season in june, with 30 million in cash it showed that I will get 2 million transferbudget next season. It still says that but my budget is still zero
my scouting budget got renewed and my salary budget got raised (but still not enough to just cover 95% of my salaries with all the automatic raises for getting promoted to first league.
Yeah if you want to play gachas (and games in general) then a Windows laptop is a better idea. Otherwise a Macbook is almost certainly a superior device for general use. One option for playing games on the go is to pick up a ROG Ally or Steam deck and install Windows on it. Maybe try and get a refurb or a cheaper model if you're just interested in these few gachas.
Interestingly, Mihoyo games work fine on Linux without anti-cheat workarounds (outside of Honkai Star Rail), but Wuthering Waves uses a pretty nasty anti-cheat that requires running a separate piece of software on a Windows install each update to generate a binary that can be ran on Proton with a separate launcher executable. That part isn't worth the hassle, and you're better off just using GeForce Now for that game. Not gonna link anything here for getting it working, but I've tried it. It also required compiling the tools from source code.
Only gacha games that have given me issues are WuWa and Nikke. Reverse 1999, Girls Frontline 2, and Snowbreak work well. Infinity Nikki apparently works too, and Strinova on Proton only works on the Deck for some reason.
Anyone else notice that maybe the card prices dont go for 0.03 as often now on steam? I have like over thousand buy orders on cards and usually they get fulfilled on a steady drip but it seems to have slowed down a bit now. I suspect because during the last sale they changed the card dropping system through discovery que. So it makes more sense to craft badges now, thus more demand for cards and higher prices. But that's just a theory... A GAME THEORY!
I can already play all my gacha on the go and I have a deck already, I want a general purpose laptop and I wanted a macbook for various reasons, but if it can play a couple a gacha as well I wouldn't mind

Ok don’t hate me, I have almost 80 hours in rebirth and I don’t think I like the game very much. It’s like everything in the game is made to be as pain in the ass as possible. Just going to power though it but man not sure I will be there for the next game. I got through remake because I wanted to play rebirth because how good it was supposed to be but now man I don’t know.
So DS2, ER and Sekiro have DLSS mods now.

What do you not like? The overworld is the worst part IMO because it takes the wrong lessons from the likes of Ubisoft for how to litter your map with junk to pad out the playtime. I also think the itemization and customization with materia never reaches its full potential.
Until Wilds comes out and breaks a milly.
Board tends to change your budget at the beginning of each season, but it depends on finances, so if the club are poor you won't get much, if anything.

I'm so confused by the order they're doing these in lol. In december they did most of the AC series and Far Cry but not the spin-offs, then they came back to do AC Rogue a few weeks ago, last week was the Watch_Dogs series and now it's AC Liberation's turn. Will they ever go back and do Far Cry Blood Dragon, Primal and New Dawn? Who knows?
