Yeah, it has some add-ons that aren't part of the current edition (give me a minute, and I'll let you know which ones).
And, some people prefer some technical aspects of the Megaton edition to the currently available option.

The Megaton Edition includes the following add-ons that are not included in the World Tour Edition:

-Duke Caribbean: Life's A Beach
-Duke It Out In D.C.
-Duke: Nuclear Winter

Please note that it’s missing all the screws and stuff that you usually find in the box so you have to use yours.

I’ll keep it for a week from this post before throwing it away.
