Yeah, the only thing Wii had over poor xavixport was brand recognition, not games that didn't look like something that could run on SNES in a post-PS2 era, lol. Most of that was done by Sega and other arcade manufacturers previously, they show xavixport ripping off sega bass fishing right in that video, get Sega to sue!
Edit: ok, my bad, so those old 2D games were mostly the earlier cheaper TV games (basically one off console + game licensed by others) using their chips, the console could do a little better than that, but the games still look bad, and those TV games being that much older shows they didn't just rip off a 2004 system yet show Wii as early as E3 2005. Nobody said Nintendo invented it, we had dodgy motion control stuff on the SNES, Sega Genesis or even some handhelds too.
