Man, Florence sucked me dry so I wasn't planning on going all in (since the future is also filled with Dolls I like) but it seems Lind really wanted to come home (some of those came way before hitting the 40 for the pity and that one accidental Tololo was my last to V6 her). Guess recreating my Neural Cloud most used trio was my fate
And guess using all my luck before Leva was also my fate too but, well I'll deal with that in the future
Oh this next gunsmoke is gonna be fun
before I go back to auto it after the first day
Also, reading her affinity/covenant story and the first part of her event made me realize they actually call back to her NC background a lot (unlike other dolls that appeared in both GF2 and NC so far), so since I played it I'll post about it here: Lind was created as a medical doll, but unlike others like Colphne and Florence which are specialized in actually being "medics" Lind was specifically created as a "test subject doll". And because of this her frame is as close as possible to a human: she has "organs", she has a "circulatory system", a "brain" with neural connections, a "digestive system" and so on. I used quotations because obviously they're not real organs, but are as close as possible to real ones, which is why she also feels "pain" like humans do. There is a specific sentence that highlights the reason she was created in NC: "prased be Lind, because she takes on herself the suffering of many". She got experimented on so drugs, surgeries and procedures could be tested on a doll before being performed on humans. And since this series is known for suffering those surgeries also included things like cutting and ripping her body apart to test pain limits
Her sugar addiction also comes from that. The dopamine rush after injesting sugar helped counter the endorphine rush from the painful experiments she was subjected, and that's how she got "addicted"
