This patch has been really good imo.
This Xianzhou mini-arc has been very strong and makes me look forward to the continuation of this storyline. Don't really understand why they put Jiaoqiu last patch instead of this one, cause I would have definitely pulled him in that case.
The Wardance story about Luka has also been excellent.
As for pulls, got both Feixiao and Robin and the FuA team is a beast, and Robin has helped me out elsewhere as well.
Rappa looks cool,
but I will need to see what other upcoming chars they have planned.
I'm pretty curious about what's going to happen next in general.

I just finished this today (well, the story part of it, there's still stuff to do) and the story was surprisingly well done. The journey of self discovery for Luka, the history of Igor and the couple of side stories were very nice. The side stories in particular seemed to touch on some topics that are relevant in contemporary times. The story of the Borisin temple people was especially touching.
If you guys haven't done it yet, I would recommend putting some time into this event. And know that it takes a very long time to complete everything. I've been working on it for 4-5 days and I'm still not done. There are still 3 weeks left to go to get the time limited rewards but just know that it'll be very difficult to complete if you leave it until the very end.
I finshed the Wardance stuff up today, and agree! It was really good. It makes me want to build Luka!
My current pulling plans are saving for Sunday.
Rappa is a total skip for me. Her design is hideous -- a crop jacket with only 1 sleeve, opentoe baggy boots(and of course they are asymmetrical!), and underwear pulled up over the waist of her shorts. Just no. Burn it with fire.

Haven't really been playing much since the 2nd half of this patch feels like it's the deadest it's ever been, but todays stream was fun and 2.6 is looking pretty promising.

Anyway...
When this new banner started I had about 65 tickets. Going to pity twice to get huohuo wiped out my reserves but she is really good. Wasn't really interested in Lingsha or Rappa nor in the leaks at time of Sunday and 5 star Tingyun. So I thought I'll do a YOLO 20-30 pulls on Topaz's banner hoping to get lucky and get her. Apparently she's still one of the best FUA characters in the game and would be good with Feixiao. Speaking of Feixiao, even my discount team with imaginary March, huohuo and Robin can do a ton of damage. But unfortunately this team cannot currently auto the Feixiao weekly boss fight for me.
Anyway first 10 pull of the banner I lost the 50-50 and got Bronya E2. Not bad but unfortunately she has been power crept by Robin and especially Ruan Mei. Now that I'm on a guarantee I'm suddenly not that keen on Tupac anymore. Not sure who I'd save the tickets for though. 5-star Tingyun could be interesting but she's Nihility and I already have a stacked Nihility team. Getting a guaranteed Acheron on rerun would be nice but I won't have enough to get to E2 which is the real target. Aventurine is also a godlike sustain but I'm happy with Fu Xuan and huohuo. I have Himeko, Herta, Jade, Feixiao and imaginary March reasonably built up for FUA in pure fiction so I don't really need Topaz. What should I do? Just hold tickets for a future character? Also my Apple wallet balance has run low so no monthly pass active which means jade income will slow down.
Also don't understand why they're bombarding us with so many reruns. Is it desperation to earn money or are they seeing a huge influx of new players and catering to them or what is going on?

Rappa feels like a filler character but they still went all out on the marketing
Am actually surprisingly hyped for 2.6 though. I'm really curious about the Penacony story, all the monkey stuff has me thinking that maybe we'll get some Dr. Primitive/Genius Society stuff
New Simulated Universe DLCs are also always neat and chunky.

I'm so glad to be going back to Penacony! I'm sure Rappa will be fun in the story, but I will be skipping her no matter what.Rappa feels like a filler character but they still went all out on the marketing
