Don’t know about anyone else but I’ve strangely had no inclination yet to do side quests in CP2077. Considering that I still haven’t faced any situations of being under leveled it’s not really pushing me to do so either.

does anyone know if the game is like Fallout 3 where the ending cuts you out of the game world, or can I return to do side content after beating the main quest line?

So far I'm enjoying the game but let's just say I'm glad I was looking forward to it and not super hyped? I've seen the comparison made that this is CDPR's Fallout and I think that's really apt. The setting for me is excellent and doing a lot of heavy lifting but otherwise its a good FPS RPG; good not great.

Not sure if already posted but (to the shock of nobody) No More Heroes 1 + 2 got rated by the ESRB for PC.

(Note: I haven't finished it myself, so the below is just from what I have seen)

1. From what I have heard you cant complete side quests after the main story, have to use a previous save before what I assume will be point of no return.
2. Side missions actually affect the endings in certain ways
3. You are doing yourself a huge disservice by not doing the side quests as they actually have the better missions, and go into a lot of what makes the Cyberpunk setting great, by bringing up questions of morality, faith, sense of self etc...

Whoever replies to that, please put it in spoilers :p. The part about after the ending.

This unknown game is marked for a free weekend, which ends on the day of the Winter sales:

using this sub:

Edit: I believe it is an app by Valve employee Jason Ruymen:

I wondered if we could reach out to Jason and asked him about this interesting finding. I'm really curious about it but Jason doesn't seem to be listed on Valve site nor he does seem to have a twitter account.

Why did Capcom games vanish from GMG?
GMG isn't a 100% legal key seller iirc. Could be why.

So this is a simple turn based strategy style game. As you clear missions you get resources which you then use to upgrade your weapons and ships.
You also level up which earns you stat points that you can put towards increasing your HP or damage with certain weapon types.

So far it's fine, there is some difficulty in combat what with positioning units and all but I've nejoyed my time so far. Pretty good price for a simple indie game so keep an eye for it to go on sale during the upcoming seal if you're interesed.

I'm simply playing them because they are really good.

idk its not grabbing me enough to want to dig further in, so i've stuck with the main campaign so far =/
I will go out my way to do so at some point I'm sure but so far for me the game is a solid 7. Good but not special.

Quick question, are any of the blue missions in C77 anything more than a random encounter plus a couple shards of story? Because they are exhausting and I'm kind of not feeling like they have an end.

Gear and XP. The attached data shard occassionally starts a yellow mission that is usually just a loot chest or the like. Nothing serious.

Also, clearing out my inventory and stash only reduced the savegames to 5.3Mb. Might see if the huge stacks of crafting mats has an effect next.

Yeah, you are free to ignore those, just add flavour to the world. Yellow are the proper side missions.

Thank you both! Won't include them into the open-world clearathon too much then, especially since they seem to respawn unless I'm crazy.
Yes, blue missions are endless.
Edit, might be wrong, some people say they do clear but I have definitely helped police in a location and then gone back and a fight is there again 🤔

Speaking of save files. Darksiders 2 had a similar issue. The greedy bastards at thq starting pumping out trash dlcs which added 'items' and the more you get, the more chests you open the more freezing and lag you experience and at some point you reach the point of unplayability and lose save file or something.

New RPG isgoing up for early access in January. Not sure what kind of RPG it is, looks like Diablo at first but you have a couple of followers with you and the combat system is quite different. They described it as "A skill-based fantasy RPG with a unique game-play".

You want to hear another good one about my GPU saga? XD Today biggest plane so far was supposed to land here, it is not usual plane for this route at all, it is 3 times bigger than usual ones so my guess was that they loaded it with passengers from canceled flights from past 2 days and various mail because they need to get rid of it so they can accept more mail in distribution center in Vienna. Plane reached airport here, couldn't land due to fog, went back home XD

Update on my PC situation: I pretty much came to the conclusion the PSU is the culprit, and decided to go buy a new one (instead of, say, getting that old one that might still be in my parents basement to test things). And voila, my PC is alive again, no problems whatsoever.
Im glad it was seemingly just that and not the GPU or CPU or something. :sweaty-blob:

Now I just have to clean a lot. Whenever I tinker with my PC, things get messy, cables all over the place, etc. Its fun! Well. Not for my partner, but for me. :grimacing-face:

I always imagine you to be on some remote island in the arctic, hoping that the weather will hold and the last resupply will make it to you before the ice freezes everything in until June. You need that GPU to warm your house this winter. Except it's actually just regular mail like anywhere, but you're not allowed to have it.

Nice, they're good games (if it's not the PS3 "remaster" of the first). They lose some with not having you swing the remote for finishers and grapples etc. but hopefully they do that stuff with analog stick motions at least or something (I guess it's how the sequel did it as it supported the classic controller too, I never tried it). I hope that means we get 3 on PC too at some point, hopefully sooner than the years these two needed for it. We're still waiting for Bayonetta 2 though, which is in a similar situation, with 3 coming to Switch at some point, so I guess it's not too likely. But it has got to happen at some point surely.

I hate to posts deals so close to Steam Winter sale (22nd) but since the discount is 10% more than what I expected I will have to make another exception for the following game. Also it's even cheaper than using the 10€ coupon on Epic store.

Death Stranding - 60% off - [UWSL][UWSL][UWSL][UWSL]19,59€[/UWSL][/UWSL][/UWSL][/UWSL] ([UWSL][UWSL][UWSL][UWSL]Steam[/UWSL][/UWSL][/UWSL][/UWSL]) - First time purchasers can get an additional extra 5% off using "pcgames5off"

I personally don't think we will see the game discounted at 60% on the Steam Winter sale, but I don't have a crystal ball so who knows...

I held off on this during the autumn sale, only because I bought other games and I figured it would be at least as cheap again for the winter sale. It's very tempting at this price, but now I'm wondering if it will keep going even cheaper. Hmm...

I feel I might cave in for Wattam, Paradise Killer and Phoenix Point. Fuck me man, I really shouldn't, but I wanna own them.

I liked what I played of PP on game pass long time ago and now it should apparently be much better.

Just because we are connected by land doesn't mean that we are not isolated xD

Oh well i can't do anything about it. IT will arrive one day. Until then i need to find something else to make me happy during this sh*tty times :D

Honestly i don't even know why i am complaining, it is not end of the world and it is just simple item. People are in far worse situations. I really sound ungrateful xD
