Yeah I have a feeling many games are like that. BUT one game that I have managed to go back to a few times and enjoy as much as always, Arkham Asylum!
I played it for the first time a few months ago and was underwhelmed. I dropped it about halfway through Mexico. RDR2 styles on it in every way possible.
Well, they're basically done updating all their major IPs. We'll find out soon enough if they'll keep going.
I hope they'll do the Trials series at some point. I love those games.

DLSS the big thing they're advertising doesn't bloody work. It'll either crash when you try to enable it, or if you manage to it'll just display a black screen with your minimap showing. You can move and that, but not see anything.

SPeaking of future proofing, the motherboard you picked, the x670E comes with one PCI 5 slot, whereas the cheaper b650 does not, so there's that. Of course, I doubt that even the 50 series is being bottlenecked by PCI4, so probably not super duper important.
Have you checked if you can get any 4090? Maybe cheaper than 5080 and probably better perf.

The developers behind Escape from Tarkov updated their account system to allow linking of 3rd party accounts in the future. Maybe they are preparing it for Steam in the near future? It could also be to link to Google, Facebook, VK, etc. They already allow linking to Twitch.

Oof. The demo had the issue as well iirc. Another PC port where I couldn't test this specific thing since I only played the PC version on Steam Deck and Ally.
