Arte Concert (a youtube channel by French-German TV station Arte, specialising in music/concerts....as the name suggests) uploaded the then-last Black Sabbath concert from Birmingham, 2017; and its great:

Here's a setlist.

Please note this will only be available until May 30, 2025.

As you surely have heard by now, Black Sabbath will play another gig in Birmingham this summer, with all original members (2017 was without drummer Bill Ward) and a massive list of guests – more info on that here.

And, as usual, a couple of new and recent releases:

New album by Basia Bulat, Canadian singer-songwriter — its quite pleasant :)

New album by Heather Nova, Bermudian singer-songwriter — it is also quite pleasant to listen to :)

New album by Motorpsycho, Norwegian prog rockers — with a fitting title, because it is very much very motorpsycho

New album by Lambrini Girls, English punk rockers — this is full of energy, rage and all that :)

Garish is an Austrian indie rock band that I remember by name from the early 2000s but I dont think I ever listened to them back then. Now they've just released a new album, I saw it getting reviewed and decided to check it out – and its lovely! its very comforting indie rock, imagine music like a warm blanket.

I've also listened to some of their older albums and theyre nice too!
So here's a concert video as well:

New song by Pulp

With a new album coming June 6.

Edit/on a sidenote, I would usually never link anything AI-related and wanted to mention this video has some AI-generated parts, but when you watch it, you see theyre using that to riff on that kind of "content"; the video feels more like an appeal to eschew anything AI-generated (which is my stance, too, btw).
