Panda Pedinte You read my mind. I was going to post some Twelve Foot Ninja for those of us that wanted some Not Mike Patton. I have to say though that they've been making some of the best "Mike Patton but not Mike Patton" music for a long while now. Good lads.

That's the best definition, and was my first reaction listening to them "that's some Mike Patton inspired shit right there"

Thanks to the Steam thread i'm taking us all back in time... Post your favourite edgy-teen forum signature lyric songs here.
Honestly, i never did it as i was too old for that by then and massive forum sigs annoyed me so i hid 'em when i could but holy crap did i see a ton of them!

I'm trying to think of more but Linkin Park and Evanessance ruled the forum sig world from my memory.
If you listen to these songs and instantly imagine screen upon screen of anime and sonic gifs with fire fonts and quotes from these songs you know where i'm at. lol. oh, and pentagrams and blood and fire too. Jeez, a little bit younger and i'd have been right there with 'em.

They're a bit young to be giving out "Dad" vibes aren't they?

Idol Kim is good too.

Spiritfarer soundtrack composer Max LL took his own soundtrack and transformed it into a LoFi ambient version of itself - by recording it onto tape and re-recording the playback at half-speed.

Not only does this work quite beautifully, but ironically one of the few ways left to escape Google's Content-ID for audio now is content by itself.

CHOKE from the rock band The Warning. It is a song about being overwhelmed (choked) by your emotions:

The Warning are three sisters (Daniela / Dani, Paulina / Pau, Alejandra / Ale) from Monterrey (Mexico).
Dani plays the guitar and is the lead vocalist.
Pau is the drummer and is lead singer for a few songs, while Ale plays the bass guitar (+ piano & backing vocals).
Interesting tidbit from the bio:
Fast forward a couple years later in 2007 when Daniela turned 8 and Paulina 6 and they loved to play the popular video game ROCK BAND. This was a huge influence on which instruments the girls would start playing next.

Some crazy fans have remastered the Daft Punk Alive show from 2007 in 4k ( 2160p60 ) using AI.

Daft Punk - Alive 2007 (4K60 IMAX AR) - A'AN Communications Channel

Stevey I've realised there isn't any Auf De Maur in the thread and thought you'd appreciate some.

I remember watching some videos of them playing when they all were younger, nice to see they are still playing!

This song is pretty chill

Still a great album after all these years and it's the soundtrack to many memories i have of that time.
I don't thnk i've listened to much of their later stuff for years but i always come back to those first two albums regularly.
"Every you every me" is an amazing track. Reminds me i need to check out their recent stuff.

BOOGEY VOXX need a lot more love and attention, they're awesome.
They have a crazy range of styles and aren't afraid to use them. Mainly Pop/Rap/Rock
They've got a dedicated following in the underground/youtube music scene in japan and pretty highly respected among the artists i listen to anyway. They help organise and run a lot of virtual support events for smaller indie artists, they're great.

Their new cover.

Dead Drunk is super lo-fi and chill.

Slut released a new album "Talks of Paradise". They are a great indie-alternative band with a melancholic feel to most of their music. They were the first band I've seen live, in 2001. They used to sound a bit harder, so for comparison I'm linking some of their older albums.
And I know, their name isn't exactly great. But it's great music.
