EGS doesn't support multiple vendors, so the EGS titles available to buy on places like CDKeys are the physical copies that didn't sell at physical retailers, reshipped to a reseller, gutted of all the physical materials that came with those boxed copies, then resold digitally as just the enclosed key.
Now i feel even more bad that i bought his game Maia while it was in Early Access. It should have stayed there for some more years. Broken mess.
