Yep, I tried a bit of Mercenaries but Im not sure I'll continue. I used to play a bit of the Raid mode in RE Revelations 2 though, that was quite similar. But yeah, after 4 playthroughs and getting most achievements and having really enjoyed my time with it, its probably time to give RE Village a rest

Been playing the FFX/X-2 remaster on GamePass and the thing hitches all the time. It also doesn't have any of the boosters from the Steam release

I used GamePass as demo to see what games I can buy on Steam.
Too bad they make it a pain in the butt to get saves from the GamePass version. It can be done though. I swapped out my Tetris Effect save from EGS to the GamePass version, plan on taking it with me when it launches on Steam.
For a game like FFX though, I think I might just tough it out since i'm 10 hours in already.

The premise of this series goes against my anarchist nature.
Main reason I personally haven't bought it, is due to just playing RE8 and currently Mass Effect Legendary Edition.
Trying to be somewhat nice to my wallet.
Haha yeah those are the 2 other games I am playing as well, nearly finished re8 from what I can tell, mass effect is harder as I did that one month of EA pass (also for biomutant). So that one is a bit of a push.

The first game had SSAA setting which helped if you can handle it (not sure if number 2 has this), otherwise reshade and inject SMAA would help.
Unity was great foundation for future AC games but performance issues made sure that Ubisoft never attempts anything again with that formula (Syndicate was basically developed in parallel so that doesn't count)

On its own yes but I fully expect P5R to be a shadow drop due to Microsoft.
SEGA and MS have been buddy buddy lately so a shadow drop Gamepass ready Xbox and PC port of P5R would be a big deal.

SMAA won't help much with Kiwami 2, since most of aliasing in the game is of specular type.
Only thing that cleans those is either temporal AA or super sampling, and given Dragon Engine HW requirements, I doubt he could handle 5k60

50 Cent Blood on the Sands had some neat stuff in it. The whacky story and theme were nice too.
As I expected, Odyssey performance seems better than the alpha but still quite rough, especially put in context with the visuals.
