Uggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Pistol Whip just had a big update... where they added time-limited content via "contracts". So there's weekly / monthly timers on various unique challenges to earn badges or something for your profile. I absolutely, positively, fucking CANNOT overstate how much I hate this FOMO stuff being added to single player games.

It went from being my 2nd favorite VR game to now I am going to recommend people stay away from it. Fuck that nonsense.

Not sure if I am going crazy, but decided to reinstall HL: Alyx after finishing at launch as I want to play with the commentary mode now.

Unfortunately something has been updated or changed on my end or the game, as performance has taken a nose dive. I used to run it on med/high in the past, but now even on low there is huge stutter and frame drops where if i turn my head you see the black edges on side as if the game is trying to catch up, or stuttering as I move.

I checked with other games like into the radius, boneworks and they seem par for the course, so not sure what has happened. I have seen some comments about going to 2020 nvidia drivers or even playing version 1 of Alyx but that defeats the purpose of me playing for commentary mode.

Nah, its fine dont worry about it. ;) I really appreciate the gesture, but there's really no need to spend additional money on what was supposed to be a key in a giveaway. Especially in these uncertain times, please keep the money for yourself. :photoblobheart:
